Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
On Time Punta Cana Transfer offers all customers fixed prices per vehicle for the different services that we offer. The only limitation is the maximum allowed amount of passengers per vehicle.
How much is the fare?
On Time Punta Cana Transfer offers all customers fixed, honest fares per vehicle class for the different services that we offer. All our fares are listed on our website on the respective articles about each service in the information price box, below the example images for each vehicle class.
How will I find my driver?
Airport Pick Up
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of the airport. The driver will use a name board with the name indicated by you during the reservation process. Our drivers usually enter the arrival hall 15 minutes after the actual flight landing, allowing you sufficient time to clear customs and claim luggage. From that moment on, 1 hour of waiting time is included in our fixed fares.
Hotel Pick Up
Your driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel (near the reception desk) with a name board with your name on it, which you indicated during your reservation process. 10 minutes of waiting time are included in the fare.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation at any time by providing your reservation ID to our dispatcher service by telephone, chat or e-mail. Please note that cancellations are only valid after you have received a cancellation confirmation by e-mail from our team.
Why my payment has been declined?
Top three reasons: Insufficient funds, your bank declined the payment, or wrong customer details provided.
We offer our customers to check out and prepay their services in advance by PayPal or any debit/credit card using the secure payment processor Stripe. Specific security measures are in place to avoid fraudulent payments. If the system has reason to believe this is the case, payments are immediately blocked.
